Returns

If you would like to return an artwork, please contact us first at sales@feuteu.com.

 

Note that our returns policy excludes items that are made to order, such as new artwork and prints that have been specifically printed or produced, or commissioned artworks. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 

As a non-business customer within the UK & EU, you have 14 days to return your purchase if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever. Your legal rights to cancel your purchase contract with us are set out under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 

 

Business clients and customers outside the UK & EU are not covered by the same regulations and no rights to cancel a contract for a purchase. In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, we may extend the returns policy set out for UK & EU clients. We strongly advise these prospective clients to be certain of their purchase decision when placing an order.

 

Damage in Transit 

If, upon arrival, the parcel appears damaged or tampered with to such a degree that the contents are likely damaged, please refuse delivery. If possible, please photograph the damaged parcel and send us the image to help us assess the issue. 

 

If you accept delivery of a damaged parcel you must take photos of any damage to the packaging prior to opening, and forward to us – failure to do so may mean we are unable to agree to a refund. Where possible, request that the courier makes a note of the damage to support a subsequent claim by us.

 

We will assess the photos and damage and advise on whether you should open the packaging and inspect the artwork or return the artwork to us in the current packaging. 

 

Other Issues

If you have received the artwork and note a condition issue please report any defects to us using clear photographs within 5 days of the end of the 14 day returns period.

 

Refunds

Provided the artwork is still in the same condition, we will reimburse you fully, although it is your responsibility to cover return postage. Refunds are processed once the work is inspected and confirmed to be in comparable condition as noted on the purchase documents. Any duties, taxes, or other costs associated with a return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
